2. Information on Contract Agreement:

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) The contract is concluded via our online store as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are entered within our online order form. You can view, correct or change your order details at any time before sending the order.
After entering all required personal data and requested contract details as well as the payment information, you submit a binding contract offer by clicking on “Order now for a fee”. If required data or information is missing, you will be informed of this by our system.
Upon submission of your offer, you will receive an order confirmation from the seller by e-mail, which includes, among other things, our bank account details for payment of the purchase price. Once the purchase price has been received, you will receive a further email in which we accept your offer and confirm conclusion of the contract.
(3) Your inquiries regarding the preparation of an offer are non-binding for you. We will make you a binding offer in text form (e.g. by e-mail), which you can accept within one week.
(4) The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partly automated by e-mail. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract:

3.1. The contract languages are German and English.
3.2. The complete text of the contract will be saved by us. Before sending the order, the contract data entered by you can be printed out or saved electronically using the browser’s print function.
3.3. In the case of requests for quotations outside the online store system, you will receive all contract data as part of a binding offer in text form, e.g. by e-mail, which you can print out or save electronically.

4. Character of Goods and Services:

The essential characteristics of the goods and/or services can be found in the respective offer or on our website.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

5.1. The prices stated in the respective offers as well as the shipping costs represent total prices. They include all price components including all applicable taxes.
5.2. If shipping costs are incurred, these are not included in the purchase price. They can be called up via a correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne by you additionally, unless delivery free of shipping costs has been promised.
5.3. The following payment methods are available to you: Bank transfer – you will receive the payment information with the order confirmation
5.4. Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, the payment claims from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.

6. Statutory Liability for Defects

You are entitled to the statutory warranty rights. Liability for defects in our goods is governed by the relevant provisions in our General Terms and Conditions.
