Can I buy diamonds anonymously with cash as well?

Yes, you can purchase, own, and sell diamonds without any regulatory reporting requirements. We offer you the option of an anonymous cash purchase, where no identification is required. 

This “over-the-counter transaction” is possible up to a purchase price of Euro 9,999.99 once per year.

Are there any customs duties or import sales taxes when buying diamonds?

We take care of that for you: no customs declaration, no payment of import sales tax. We transfer ownership of the diamonds to you directly in the bonded warehouse.

Are profits from diamonds tax-free?

Tax-free earnings – diamonds are considered (like precious metals) a tax-neutral investment, as capital gains tax, withholding tax, and income tax do not apply to the value appreciation. 

This tax exemption applies in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany for private sales transactions of other economic goods, including diamonds.
